The LIMITED WARRANTY (Warranty for Intel® Client SSDs ) said the shorter of 5yr or S.M.A.R.T. E9h MWI normalized to 1. But I can't get the S.M.A.R.T. E9h, because the Intel SSD Toolbox do not support 600p series yet.
The 600p series has 72TBW of Endurance Rating (Lifetime Writes) (from Intel® SSD 600p Series (128GB, M.2 80mm PCIe 3.0 x4, 3D1, TLC) Specifications ). Does the Endurance Rating equal to the Media Wearout above?
My frient has a 600p for test. He has already write more than 37TB on it, and the S.M.A.R.T. Attributes (Log Identifier 02h) "percentage Used Estimate" shows only 12 (by AIDA64 and Crystal Disk Info), means still 88% endurance left.
So, which one is the warranty period. And when the Intel SSD Toolbox support 600p series?
PS
Are you sure the Microsoft Diskpart "clean all" command is Secure Erase rather than Zero filled every sectors?
